Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://dcironmetalworksllc.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, DC Iron & Metal Works LLC markets and arranges Custom Metal Fabrication, Structural Steel Fabrication, Iron Fence Installation, MIG Welding, TIG Welding, Welder. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Ownership. DC Iron & Metal Works LLC (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. DC Iron & Metal Works LLC makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation. In no event will DC Iron & Metal Works LLC's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify DC Iron & Metal Works LLC against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under MD law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in MD for any related dispute.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
